The final of Yunan Coffee Cup 2018 China Brewers Championship among vocational colleges in Northern China took place at Dalian Commercial School from November1-3. Zhu Xinyue from Department of Tourism and Hotel Management won the first place by the total score in both designated and self-selected brewers
At present, Yunan Coffee Cup is the top Championships in China and starts the competition of qualification among vocational colleges. 17 contestants from 15 colleges competed for three admission tickets to the national final.
I learned a lot about coffee making from experts, professionals and other contestants and I’ll continue to work on coffee to improve my skills, sai Zhu Xinyue.
The stunning performances of our student at this Championship achieve more reputation for our college and also prove our teaching in coffee has reached a new stage.
