On July 18,Signing and Unveiling Ceremony of Shandong-South Australia Cooperation was held at Shandong Hotel,Jinan. Jiang Yupeng, President of QVTCHM, and Alex Reid, President of TAFE SA, signed MOU(Memorandum of Understanding) which was the only Sino-Australia vocational education program among these signing contracts.
During the seminar of vocational education between Shandong and South Australia, Yu Min,deputy Secretary of the Party in QVTCHM, made a lecture about how to develop international service talents based on international cooperation of Sino-Australian vocational education. Li Da, Secretary of the Party in QVTCHM, and Alex Reid exchanged opinions about further cooperation of two colleges and reached broad consensus.David Ridway, Minister of Trade, Tourism and Investment of South Australia, mentioned our cooperation several times and emphasized that the cooperation is the first and most productive program. |
Since we’ve been cooperating for three years, we’ve visited each other 7 times. 21 teachers of QVTCHM have finished Australian training program of TAE40116 Band Four Certificate . We’ve got one cooperation program on Sino-Australian hotel management and signed three-year action plan. Our cooperation was thought highly by both South Australian government and Shandong Education Department.
