The 14th Yiju Cup National College Students' Real Estate Planning Competition and the first Beike Cup National Undergraduate Digital Innovation Competition for New Residence were successfully concluded recently. The representative team of modern property management of the School of Hotel Engineering won great achievements in the competition.
Nearly 10000 students from 186 colleges and universities across the country signed up to participate in the Real Estate Planning Competition. After the regional competition, a total of 190 teams entered the final. The two teams of the School of Hotel Engineering successfully entered the finals, and won the first prize of the National Innovation and Creative Award and the first prize of the National Smart Operation and Management Award respectively.
The first National Undergraduate Digital Innovation Competition for New Residence was jointly held by China Construction Education Association and Ke Holdings Inc. Nearly 700 teams from 110 colleges in more than 70 cities and regions across the country participated in the competition, with more than 3,000 students enrolled. Our three teams won the first prize of the National Award, the first prize of the Smart Innovation Award and the third prize of the National Award respectively, and we were rated as an excellent organization college.
This competition has improved the students' innovative thinking and entrepreneurship practice ability, exercised the practical teaching ability of the teaching staff, strengthened the communication between the college and the industry association and enterprises, and helped to promote the coordinated development of colleges and the real estate industry.
