The inauguration and unveiling ceremony of the Tea Art and Culture Studio of the School of Hotel Management was held in the training room of Hismile Digital Hotel on September 22.
President Jiang Yupeng said that learning tea culture is conducive to cultivating one's moral character, cultivating one's morality and improving one's cultural quality.
President Jiang requested that the studio should combine the responsibility and mission of education, give full play to the advantages of the platform, do a good job in popularizing tea art and culture. The in-depth research should be focused in personnel training, product research and development, cultural heritage, social services and other aspects. And the teachers should work hard with master standards to create a unique cultural brand.
During the ceremony, President Jiang and Leng Xueyan, the dean of the School of Hotel Management, jointly unveiled the Tea Art and Culture Studio. Vice president Zhang Zongguo issued an appointment letter to Ji Xiaochuan, the studio's leader, and Yu Jinliang, the director of the Academic Affairs Office, issued an appointment letter to Xu Wensu, Liu Ning, and Guo Qianzi.
The director of the studio, Ji Xiaochuan, introduced the development history and existing achievements of the studio.
Located on the first floor of Hismile Digital Hotel, Tea Art and Culture Studio is an important measure taken by the School of Hotel Management to strengthen specialty development and deepen school-enterprise cooperation.
After the completion of the studio, it will closely follow the needs of the society, deeply study the industrial trend, and take the service profession, training craftsmen, integrating resources, developing products, customized training, etc. as the main tasks. The teachers will carry out research and services in high standard tea service, tea culture consulting service, tea culture curriculum output, etc., striving to provide more high-quality skilled talents for the enterprises.
