The seminar on the development and evaluation of digital transformation of vocational colleges

The college held a seminar on the development and evaluation of digital transformation of vocational colleges (Qingdao) on August 25.Representatives of 10 vocational colleges in Qingdao and heads of relevant departments of the college participated in the seminar.

At the seminar, Li Da pointed out that at present, the digital transformation of vocational education has ushered in new opportunities. The college has actively responded to the strategic action of digital education, formed a multi-agent construction mode of deep integration of informatization and education and teaching, and formed a series of mature experiences and practices in talent training, curriculum reform, integration of industry and education, and digital campus construction. 

The informatization construction of vocational colleges has entered the stage of integration and innovation. We hope to improve consensus and promote communication through discussion, so as to help the digital transformation of vocational colleges in Qingdao.

Professor Ge Liansheng of Shandong University was invited to give a lecture on understanding and suggestions on digital transformation of vocational colleges. Professor Ge expounded the concept, research results, top-level design and promotion path of digital transformation of colleges, and put forward suggestions on the construction of digital campus system of vocational colleges.

Liu Baotai, general manager of Shandong Branch of China Education and Research Network(CERNET), made a technical lecture on CERNET helping digital campus construction of vocational colleges. Representatives of participating institutions made exchange speeches on their respective construction experiences.

Zhang zongguo presided over the meeting and shared the case of digital transformation with the title of exploration and practice of digital enabling education and teaching improvement, introducing the school's experience and methods from three aspects: providing high starting point teaching guarantee, enabling high-quality professional construction, and cultivating high-level information literacy.

The college will take this opportunity to thoroughly implement the relevant work requirements and solidly do a good job in the exploration and practice of comprehensive digital transformation and upgrading.
