From August 4 to August 13, the college undertook the teacher training of the Double-qualified teacher team construction project led by the Double High-level Program of Shandong Province in 2022. 405 teachers from secondary and higher vocational schools in the province participated in the training and successfully completed the course.
This training project is divided into 11 training courses, which are specifically undertaken by the Academic Affairs Office, the School of Hotel Management, the School of Culture and Tourism, the School of Culinary Arts, the School of Accounting, the School of Information Engineering Technology, and the School of Arts. The training is carried out online and offline.
The training focuses on the improvement of teachers' education and teaching ability, professional practice ability of teachers and social service ability of teaching and research. On the basis of in-depth investigation of teachers' development needs, the undertaking units have researched and developed targeted and effective courses and training projects, and adopted such training methods as exploratory, participatory, discussion and experience, which not only strengthened policy guidance but also highlighted experience and practices. The trainees are systematically taught in the practical way to achieve the expected training effect.
The training invited Professor Sui Bixia, President of Changzhou College of information technology, and Du Dechang, director of Vocational Education Research Office of Shandong Practical Institute of Education Sciences, and other experts to give lectures. The teaching contents involved the construction of talent training system, the guidance of teaching standards, and the improvement of teaching ability.
By undertaking this training project, the development achievements of our Double High-level Program construction and the Double-qualified team construction are displayed, and an exchange platform is built for the teachers of secondary and higher vocational colleges in the province, which provides an effective reference for promoting their education and teaching ability, professional practice ability, teaching and scientific research and social service ability.
