The teachers have won one first prize, three second prizes, and one third prize at the final of the 9thTeaching Competition for Young Teachers in Colleges in Shandong Province recently. For four consecutive years, we have been on the highest podium of the competition. The college was awarded the Excellent Organization Award by Shandong Provincial Department of Education.
This competition was launched in December 2021. It has gone through the stages of school competition selection, provincial-level selection, video recording, provincial-level preliminary competition, provincial-level semi-final competition and provincial-level final competition. A total of 617 teachers from more than 140 colleges and universities in the province participated in the competition.
In the course of the competition, the participating teachers of our school calmly responded to the competition and performed well. They stood out among many excellent contestants in the province and were recognized by the judges.
Among them, Cong Yi from the School of Hotel Engineering won the first prize. Tian Chao from the School of Culture and Tourism, Han Baozhen from the School of Hotel Management and Kang Yin from the School of Hotel Engineering won the second prize. And Wang Tingting, a teacher the School of Arts, won the third prize.

By participating in the competition, the teaching ability of our teachers was further improved, and an effective grasp was provided for promoting the classroom revolution.
