The national modern apprenticeship pilot project of the college has passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Education

The national modern apprenticeship pilot project successfully passed the acceptance, according to the notice of the Ministry of Education on publishing the acceptance results of the third batch of modern apprenticeship pilot colleges recently.

Since it was selected as the third batch of modern apprenticeship pilot colleges in 2018, under the overall planning of the Academic Affairs Office, the School of Culture and Tourism, the School of Hotel Management, the School of Culinary Arts and relevant departments have cooperated with Shandong Inzone Tourism Group and Beichen Convention and Exhibition Group to promote the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system, based on the four majors of hotel management, tourism management, exhibition planning and management, cooking technology and operation.

Through the pilot, we have formed the Double Subject education mechanism of schools and enterprises, constructed the 2-3-4 modern apprenticeship tutor training system, carried out the professional leader training plan of double leaders of schools and enterprises, and we also have built up the teaching and practice environment based on the post ecosystem.

In the pilot process, schools and enterprises jointly trained 200 apprentices, formulated 22 management systems and 4 modern apprenticeship talent training programs, constructed 25 core courses in line with the characteristics of modern apprenticeship, developed 16 school-enterprise cooperation textbooks, and built 10 internal and external internship and training bases. All apprentices have passed the apprenticeship assessment and obtained relevant vocational certificates.

The successful acceptance of the modern apprenticeship pilot project is an affirmation of the construction and management results of the college's high-level quality engineering projects, and has effectively promoted the overall improvement of the college's professional construction, school-enterprise cooperation, talent training, social services and other key business areas of education and teaching.
