The National Finals of 1st PEAK TIME Hotel Management Simulation Contest (Higher Vocational Group) came to an end in QVTCHM on June 28 and the judges, contestants and instructors attended the closing ceremony.
At the closing ceremony, Dong Jia, the founder of Haoyuecheng Education, expressed warm congratulations on the success of the competition, highly praised the performance of the competitors, and expressed gratitude for the work of the school and enterprise. Yuan Shuang, financial director of luxury brand hotel, commented on the overall situation of the final. Vice President Zhang Zongguo presented the appointment letter of off campus guidance experts to the judges and guests of the competition.
The competition lasted for three months, with nearly 300 teachers and students from 63 teams of 24 colleges across the country. After fierce competition, there’s 1 special prize team, 6 first prize teams, 7 second prize teams, 17 Third Prize teams and several individual prizes.
The competition is hosted by the PEAK TIME Organizing Committee and jointly organized by QVTCHM and Haoyuecheng Information Technology Nanjing Co., Ltd. This competition is the first one jointly organized by the school and enterprise after the change of the organizer. Compared with previous competitions, it pays more attention to the comprehensive ability of the players, adds a decision-making simulation module to test the strategic planning thinking and the application of professional knowledge, and a team roadshow module to test the ability of analysis, communication and response, and team cooperation.
During the competition, a seminar on hotel talent training path under digital empowerment was held. The enterprise representatives held a series of lectures on the theme respectively, and the representatives of both schools and enterprises discussed the hotel talent training path.
