The training on certification work process construction and risk analysis of ISO 21001:2018 education organization management system was held in the conference room from the afternoon of April 16 to 17. Members of the standard implementation team participated in the training and carried out the work process formulation and risk analysis.
During the two-day training, Mr. Tan Jinrong of German Rhine TUV Group carried out training and guidance. According to the content, the responsible departments of each work process identified and cooperated with the relevant support departments of the work process, and comprehensively compared with ISO 21001:2018 standard to carry out the work process construction and risk analysis.
This training is not only an important guarantee for the completion of the tabular formulation, the writing of procedure documents and the formation of quality management manual of the next stage, but also an important prerequisite for the institutional construction of the college to improve its governance ability.
