The college attends "2020 World Tourism Alliance • Xianghu Dialogue"

The 2020 World Tourism Alliance · Xianghu Dialogue activity was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province from November 11 to 14. Jiang Yupeng, President of the college, attended the international event as a special guest.

The theme of the event is confidence and change · tourism for the future, including 24 countries and regions both offline and online. Tourism authorities, experts and scholars focus on seven topics such as global tourism cooperation and Governance Innovation under multilateralism, confidence and change - Global Tourism Development Trend Outlook, facing the future - more responsible tourism, challenges of the new epidemic situation and changes of the industry, industrial reform and high-quality development and industry Reform and innovation development, industrial change and education growth.

The conference released the 2020 international tourism education report. In the second chapter of the report “double high-level program leading the new development of China's tourism vocational education”, the college as one of the five major tourism professional groups was emphatically proposed. The college has made continuous exploration in personnel training, industry docking, international exchange and other aspects, which plays an exemplary and leading role in the modernization of tourism vocational education, and provides China's programs that can be used for reference for the development of tourism vocational education in the world.

The event attracted more than 450 people from embassies (consulates), tourism agencies in China, members of the world tourism Union, relevant provincial cultural and tourism departments (bureaus), as well as representatives from the tourism industry, academia,etc. Through participating in this activity, we have strengthened the contact with international organizations, colleges and enterprises, and provided favorable conditions for promoting the construction of the “double high-level program”.
