International Cooperation in Culinary Arts

The college is firmly committed to cultural self-confidence, cultivating craftsmanship spirit, benchmarking international standards, forming the concept of one body, two wings for international exchange and cooperation in cooking education. It takes the improvement of cooking teaching level as the main body, and takes the going out of Chinese food and the introduction of Western food, the exchange of catering skills and culture as its two wings.

In the post epidemic era, we spread Chinese culture and skills through Internet. The online cooking class is jointly organized with the Ecole Hôtelière du Périgord of France, and the students learn production standards and skills Western style food. The network teaching project of Shandong cuisine is organized for Hyejeon College, which promotes the Chinese food culture and Shandong cuisine standards.

Since April 2020, the college has held many video conferences with Ecole Hôtelière du Périgord. And signed a memorandum of cooperation, and reached a number of cooperative consensus on curriculum development of vocational and technical skills, curriculum certification, teacher-student exchange, cultural research and other projects.
