2019 Lu Shang Group's Seminar on school-enterprise cooperation (hotel sector) was held in our college recently. Zhang Xiaofeng, Assistant Director of Education Science and Technology Management Department, Zhang Jinshan and Zhou Xiao attended the seminar. Diao Hongbin, Vice President of the College, Xu Li, Shi Meishan, and the hotel HR directors of Lu Shang Group participated in the seminar.
Zhang Xiaofeng fully affirmed the practice of school-enterprise cooperation and education in the hotel sector within the Group. He believed that school-enterprise cooperation in the hotel sector could be steadily promoted in accordance with the Group's deployment, and the two sides formed a more typical cooperation model. He pointed out that both sides should continue to deepen cooperation and integrate development. Both sides should sum up experience, innovate and develop, and make advantages and characteristics in the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation.
At the seminar, Zhou Xiao introduced the current development of Inzone Tourism Group and the current situation of human resources in the hotel sector. Diao Hongbin delivered a keynote speech on job satisfaction and industry stability of hotel interns and new generation employees based on the research results of the Center for Big Data Research of Hotel Vocational Education in our college. Xu Li analyzed and reported the current situation of cooperation between our institute and hotel enterprises within the group, the basic practices and experiences of internship management, and typical cases. Yang Wanguang, Executive Director of Taishan Hotel in Beijing, and Cui Jun, HR Director of Hyatt Hotel in Lushang Qingdao, shared the management experience of interns. At the same time, the meeting discussed how to improve the job satisfaction and industry stability of the new generation of hotel staff and how to cooperate with the school and enterprise in the group.
This seminar is an important measure to implement the national development strategy of integration of industry and education, promote the transformation of new and old kinetic energy, and boost the economic development of the Group. It summarizes the situation of cooperation and education between school and enterprise in the hotel sector within the group, and lays a good foundation for further promoting the innovative development of collaborative education, further promoting the integration of industry and education within the group and school-enterprise cooperation.
