Four students win the second prize in the National College Customs Declaration Skills Contest

Four students of the Department of Business Administration won the second prize in the 2019  National College Customs Declaration Skills Contest (Vocational College Group) , which ended on May 7, and achieved a breakthrough in our business and trade international competitions.

The Competition  was organized by Tianjin Business Vocational College, and there were 70 teams and 280 competitors from 70 Vocational Colleges in 28 provinces. Customs skills contest is closely related to the core technology of Customs affairs, aiming at cultivating the understanding and application of professional skills of competitors. It attaches importance to the promotion of professional abilities, including import and export commodity classification skills, customs declaration filling skills, customs declaration quality monitoring skills, customs operation skills and the comprehensive professional qualities displayed by competitors in the process of completing relevant tasks.

In order to participate in the Customs Skills competition, the Department of Business Administration actively prepares for the competition and sets up a training team. Under the guidance of Zhao Min and Yu Wenting, four students including Quyang, Fan Bingying, Kong Lingyao and Xu Xiangwen have conducted intense training. In the on-site competition, the four students showed proficient professional skills and good professional quality.

The results of the competition fully show the achievements of specialty construction and teaching reform in our college and it further enhances the influence and popularity of the college and strongly promote the construction of high-quality college.

The Department of Business Administration will actively sum up the experience of the competition and strive to achieve greater breakthroughs in more competitions.
