Our teachers and students win prizes at 2018 Lu Hua Cup Chinese Cuisine World Championship

2018 Lu Hua Cup Chinese Cuisine World Championship (Individual Competition) was held at Liao Ning Vocational Technical College of Modern Service from 21-24. Yin Dong and Ding Delong, teachers from the department of Culinary Arts, won the second prize in cold dishes and excellent award in fruit carvings separately. And two students also won excellent award in both cold dishes and fruit carvings.

2018 Lu Hua Cup Chinese Cuisine World Championship was hosted by China Cuisine Association(CCA) and recognized by World Association of Chefs' Societies(WACS) with the theme “Ingenuity, Innovation, Fashion and Chinese Food Internationalization”. 200 contestants from Mongolia, Malaysia, Israeli, South Korea, Pakistan and China competed fiercely  and demonstrated 2,000 courses of innovative Chinese cuisine

Focusing on specialty study and exchange, we integrate Chinese cooking techniques and food culture into the dishes of competition. Through this competition, we learned some advanced cooking techniques and international food culture which broaden our vision and show off our teachers’  cooking techniques and teaching achievements.
